A Message to Our Boarders
Dear Boarders:
Eight years ago, Mr. Leroy Chase founded Monteverde Ranch with a dream to bring to preserve the remnants of the “old west”. Over that time, the Chase Family has worked tirelessly to bring this dream to life.
In an effort to preserve this vision of community, we are pleased to announce that Monteverde Ranch is now under the ownership of Monteverde Ranch Equestrian Center LLC, beginning May 6, 2021. The polices and regulations followed under the ownership of Monteverde Ranch LLC will remain the same for the time being, apart from those changes outlined below.
Management & Oversight. We are pleased to announce that Nicole Chase will continue to serve the Monteverde Community as interim General Manager. You may also raise any boarder related questions, escalations, or inquiries to us via e-mail at admin@monteverderanch.com. There will be no other immediate changes to the current management, maintenance, or oversight of Monteverde Ranch. Strategic improvements will continue to be developed and implemented on a go forward basis. Our Board of Directors will meet regularly to help guide our decision-making process and contribute ideas to our growth-oriented strategies that are currently under consideration.
Boarder Payments. All payments made or due on or after May 6, 2021 should be made payable to “Monteverde Ranch Equestrian Center LLC”. Please note that we are only able to accept checks at this time. We are diligently working with our banking partners to develop various payment alternatives, such as ACH and auto-pay programs, and will be in touch in the coming weeks to announce more on the same. In the meantime, you may either deposit your payment via the secured drop box (located in the “A-Barn”) or mail it to us via the following address: Monteverde Ranch Equestrian Center LLC, 11901 Little Tujunga Canyon Road, Lake View Terrace, CA 91342.
Facility Maintenance & Equestrian Care. Our team of wranglers and trail guides will continue to support our boarders and facilities as we move forward. We are working to develop additional opportunities to support our borders, equine friends and greater equestrian community. We will begin to offer “a la carte” services in the coming weeks, while also working to complete necessary improvements to the facility.
