Neighboring both the Angeles National Forest and the Hansen Dam Wildlife Preserve, we take pride in being among the few horseback riding ranches in the area still open to the public. We have direct access to some of the best horse trails Los Angeles has to offer, and the horses to take you on your journey. See our options below and when ready, call us to reserve a ride.
Pricing Sheet Trail Rules
1 Hour Ride
For a more complete experience, join us on a 1 hour ride into the Hansen Dam Wildlife Preserve. Upon exiting the Arroyo, ride over rolling hills, through overhanging trees, and ford a shallow river in all seasons. You may come across wildlife such as bobcats, deer or rattlesnakes.
90 Minute Ride
Continue beyond the limits of the 1 hour ride through much of the same natural scenery all the way to the base of the Hansen Dam. Constructed by the U.S Army Corps of Engineers in response to the flood of 1938, the dam protects a huge portion of the San Fernando Valley and has created the perfect environment for nature to thrive
2 Hour Ride
For those really looking to get lost in an adventure, enjoy our 2 hour ride through virtually the entire Wildlife Preserve. Ride through the “Enchanted Forest” and across numerous streams. Keep an eye out for all sorts of wildlife. You’ll forget you are just minutes from Los Angeles.

Sunset Rides
Departing 90 minutes from the day’s sunset, enjoy a view of the valley few have the chance to experience. Your outward journey will take you to the optimal viewing location while your return will be aided by the perfect weather of twilight in Los Angeles.
